TED (Technology, Entertainment, Design) is a non-profit created in 1984, whose sole purpose is to support the spread of ideas around the world. They are famous for their short, powerful talks on any topic, from science, business, global issues, and inspiring stories.
Watching the talks from conferences around the world is a great way to listen to experts in every field that you would otherwise never get a chance to hear- in fact, these experts are often at the pinnacle of their careers that the talks they give at TED are the first time they are talking about the findings of their latest, ground-breaking research and business initiatives.
Confidence- self-esteem, optimism in our ability to be productive and successful. It’s something everyone struggles with, but it can be even harder to feel confident and develop confidence when you struggle with your mental health. We have all heard the saying that some people are practical and some are creative. It’s a divide that starts early on in our lives.
