How do you consider the needs of your disabled employees? How do you respond to disabled voices? How do you accommodate for disabled voices to speak up? What's the best way to listen to disabled employees?We’ll explore this through:

• Guided discussions in breakout rooms

• Sharing insights, knowledge and lived experience

• Creating action points to take away and put into practice as individuals and organisations
