Are you a professional who works around their chronic illness or disability? Is your chronic illness or disability holding you back from your dream career or that promotion you’ve been craving? Does discussing your condition at work seem impossible? Are you nervous about opening up with your colleagues and superiors? 

At SIC we’re starting a monthly career drop-in event where attendees will have a safe space to ask questions, discuss with peers and work through any issues that they are facing, either in their current workplace, or getting into work in general. 

Join us on Monday 20th September, 12pm-1pm, for our online career drop in. Throughout the hour, we will have a team of professionals available to answer your questions about the workplace, careers, and what SIC can offer you. You’ll also have the opportunity to network with peers and discover a community of disabled and chronically ill professionals here in the UK. Any and all disabled/chronically ill people are welcome to attend! 

This event will be hosted by both SIC’s Rachael Mole, Founder and Managing Director, and Emily Wood, Community Coordinator.
